CS Services Position

Coupang Eats Services is a delivery service that provides enhanced services and support to customers, merchants, and delivery partners. We are seeking various team members to plan and implement customer service policies and procedures, quality assurance and testing processes, risk management, customer service operations, and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, and document writing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business
• Experience in e-commerce or food delivery customer service
• Strong analytical mind
