Job Description
Coupa is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to contribute to the development of solutions for their enterprise platform. This role involves building applications for Cloud Operations, Engineering, Customer Success & Support, and Customer Value Management, with the goal of improving reliability, availability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation and observability tools.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Cloud Operations Support / SRE
- Experience with AWS/GCP
- Experience with Observability and Monitoring tools (NewRelic, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog)
- Experience with Log Parsing tools (Splunk, ELK)
- Experience with programming languages like Ruby, Python, or object-oriented programming
- Experience with SDLC, Agile Practices, Kubernetes, Docker
- Expertise in problem-solving and analyzing global scale distributed systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
