Supplier Services Consultant - 10950

Coupa is a leading total spend management platform for businesses large and small. As a Supplier Services Consultant, you will coordinate and execute key Supplier Communication services for Coupa customers. The role involves guiding customers in developing an optimal communications strategy to support supplier adoption to their Coupa program.

Requirements

• Partner with Customers, Supplier Enablement Leads, and Coupa Pay Success Managers to support supplier communication needs
• Present an overview of Supplier Communication Service capabilities to Customers and help create an effective strategy and timeline
• Execute a planned scope of communication services, working with internal teams to coordinate campaign activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for Coupa customers and the Coupa Pay Success Team to support Supplier Communication services
• Regularly track status, dates, and action items related to the communication campaign, plus provide timely reporting of communication activities
