Job Description
Counseling4Kids is a community mental health agency seeking a Clinical Supervisor LCSW to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising licensed therapists and be eligible to provide clinical supervision to APCCs, ACSWs, and AMFTs. The role involves direct supervision, training, and evaluation of supervisees, as well as providing clinical coverage and support to the team.
Requirements
- Licensed in California as an LCSW for minimum of two (2) years.
- Minimum two (2) years recent experience supervising AMFTs, ACSW,s and/or APCCs, or practicum students in community mental health setting.
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision to APCCs, ACSWs and/or AMFTs per Board of Behavioral Sciences standards; supervision training requirements met.
- Clinical experience with children in field-based mental health services, in-home or school.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in community-based mental health and trauma informed care
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to the unique needs of a culturally diverse population.
- Experience with an EHR, preferably Exym.
- Ability to work in-office five days per week.
