As a research consultant, you will capture information on all real estate assets within a set perimeter to enable all market actors to deepen their knowledge and make informed real estate decisions. You will also be responsible for accompanying advertisers and investors to optimize the exposure of their real estate listings on the LoopNet platform.
Requirements
- Contribute to the enrichment of a comprehensive database of real estate assets.
- Make calls with advertisers, promoters, investors, and other real estate actors to obtain information about properties and transactions.
- Investigate new listings, recent sales and leases, buildings, and ongoing operations on a specific territory.
- Encourage clients to use CoStar products in an optimal and innovative way.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and market stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients and assist in onboarding them with CoStar products and tools.
- Work in partnership with all clients and prospects to help them position and market their properties on the CoStar platform based on market and target analysis.
- Collaborate with CoStar commercial teams to respond to client demands.
- Provide high-quality service to all clients.
