Requirements
- Become an expert in CoStar and Benchmark's critical information solutions
- Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
- Complete ownership of the full sales cycle including prospecting, demoing, closing and renewing
- Retain and grow revenues in your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong, consultative, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct a high level of in person client and prospect product demonstrations
- Represent STR and CoStar by hosting and attending industry events and networking with hospitality professionals
- Collaborate with CoStar and STR sales representatives to ensure effective execution of account strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution, proactive communication, and regular feedback
