Job Description
Cosette Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations and ensure customer needs are met. The role involves order entry, communication, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal departments. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Requirements
- Entry of customer purchase orders and reviews for accuracy
- Review and address all order discrepancies
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain customer account information
- Maintain sales records in accordance with departmental procedures
