Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect sought to partner with Account Executives in a technical role within the Engineering department, analyzing customer business needs and designing technical solutions to meet customer goals.

Requirements

• Manage direct customer and partner relationships
• Assist with development of formal plans and proposals
• Provide technical and consultative support
• Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
• Work with technology teams to bring new products and technologies to company
• Maintain expertise in relevant competitive solutions, products and services
• Actively participate as a subject expert on assigned Virtual Teams and provide consultative support
