Job Description
We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to supervise, lead, and coordinate the activities of a team of Production Technicians on a given shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality and productivity commitments are met, and utilizing organizational skills to manage work processes and balance workloads.
Requirements
- Review production schedules and allocate team members to complete schedules and ensure production expectations are met
- Monitor product quality and ensure activities meet the needs of the Quality Plan
- Monitor safety and productivity and ensure the team is executing at the highest level to meet the needs of the business
- Manage team with respect to hiring, employee performance and compensation and rewards recommendations
