Supervisor, DRG Revenue Integrity

The Supervisor, DRG Revenue Integrity is responsible for overseeing the execution, quality, and delivery of complex, concurrent, and retrospective coding audits. The role ensures compliance with various coding guidelines and supervises a team of auditors.

Requirements

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC credential required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in DRG auditing, coding, or HIM consulting
• Previous supervisory or lead auditor experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and reimbursement methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
