IC Administrative UM Support (1099)

This is a remote IC-1099 position performing medical claim denial research and follow-up work with insurance companies via outbound phone calls to resolve appeals that have been submitted but remain without determination.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency with intermediate skills in Outlook and Excel
• Scheduling meetings, logging onto Teams for meetings
• Typing a minimum of 25wpm
• Detail-oriented with initiative and responsibility in problem resolution
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to keep confidential client and sensitive information
• Adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance
• Time management and ability to work efficiently from home office
