Foundation Risk Partners is adding an Employee Benefits Account Manager to their Corporate Synergies team in the New York City Metro Region. The Account Manager is responsible for delivering day-to-day service-related activities to support Sales, Account Management and Underwriting with the retention/growth efforts associated with multiple assigned client accounts.
Requirements
- Manage client life-cycle deliverables
- Work on client related deliverables of increasing complexity
- Complete necessary training and professional development
- Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems
- Compliance with CSG's processes and operating standards
- Support Team Lead to understand client's goals/objectives and develop a multi-year strategic plan
- Define an annual service delivery calendar
- Prepare various deliverables to manage client expectations
- Effectively communicate and present findings, analysis and recommendations
- Develop, cultivate and maintain strong client/vendor relationships
- Maintain internal systems and client files in accordance with CSG's data standards and filing requirements
- Ensure contact information for all client stakeholders is appropriately managed
- Create and periodically review/update/manage Internal Account Plan
- Interact with carriers and vendors on behalf of the client and the team
- Reconcile client revenue monthly
- Develop new and creative benefit solutions
