Equipment Services Plus is a family owned and operated company that offers equipment services in the Midwest. The Shop Admin role assists the shop manager in reviewing and writing work orders, ordering parts, and running reports. Experience in the trucking/automotive industry and strong computer skills are required.
Requirements
- Monitoring & managing budgets on major repair jobs
- Forecasting, ordering, spare parts inventory
- Entry of work orders daily
- Coordinating the completion of repairs with the direction of shop manager
- Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity
- Drafting maintenance reports
