Requirements
- Supporting the implementation and onboarding of new clients
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, and communication updates
- Participating in client calls to gather data and confirm requirements
- Collecting all necessary information from clients
- Providing training support for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients
- Identifying potential risks or roadblocks and escalating to senior project managers
- Contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project milestones
