Job Description
Corning is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to drive operational excellence within the Engineering department. This role focuses on providing operational support, coaching team performance, coordinating resources, and driving process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis. The engineer will contribute to all aspects of plant engineering, including new product introductions, transfers, and process improvements.
