Draw Shift Supervisor Assistant

Corning is seeking a Draw Shift Supervisor Assistant to join their Optical Communications segment. This role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations within the Fibermaking Shift. The assistant will supervise a team of production technicians, manage shift procedures, monitor performance, and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• Must be a Draw certified (PA or SMET)
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years leadership experience within a team (Floor Leader, MT2, or SMETL)
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends
