Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and upkeep of the property, fixtures, and residential spaces. The role requires responding to resident requests, repairing systems, and performing preventative maintenance. Requirements
- Respond to resident/management service requests.
- Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance assignments.
- Inspect and repair vacant units.
- Work on-call for 24/7, weekend shifts, and overtime.
- Complete grounds work.
- Perform other duties as requested.
