Job Description
Cornerstone is seeking a Loan Officer to drive relationships and results, guiding clients through the mortgage journey and helping them achieve homeownership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
- Proven track record of successful loan origination supported by an established referral network
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data and guide sound lending decisions
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
