We are seeking a dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join our Data Centers team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management, leadership, business development, and technical skills. Requirements

• Anticipate, understand and manage client expectations
• Establish and manage project schedules
• Completion of projects on time and within fee budget
• Administration of construction phase procedures and documentation
• Manage all facets of project production resulting in a thorough set of documents
• Provide leadership to staff by identifying project studio team members' roles and responsibilities
• Develop competitive fee structures reflecting defined scope of services for project pursuits
• Actively explore and recognize new business opportunities through professional networks
• Understand and apply appropriate industry standards and construction practices
• Oversees, and is responsible for, the identification, understanding and documentation of regulatory agencies' requirements
• Demonstrate, share, and appropriately apply, new methodologies, practices, codes, and products
