CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, define customer requirements, and drive end-to-end program execution in the Customer Experience organization.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in technical program management, customer success management, or professional services delivery management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML applications.
- Strong Written Communication Skills: Communicate effectively through both long-form documents and short-form/asynchronous communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track Record: Successfully organized and coordinated the efforts of multiple teams to deliver long-running, complex projects with visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership Style: Comfortable working in a bottoms-up leadership-style organization that focuses on enablement, communication, organization, and inspiration over task management.
- Self-Awareness: Recognizes when to seek help and is willing to ask for it in a timely manner within a safe environment.
