Job Description
CoreWeave is an AI hyperscaler delivering cloud services and AI solutions to enterprise and AI labs. They are seeking a Contract Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for Data Center Operations roles, managing both volume and corporate hiring. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to identify top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years in high-volume recruiting
- Experience recruiting for both high-volume and corporate roles
- Strong sourcing skills
