VP of Product

We are hiring a VP of Product to define, build, and scale the product vision behind the company's AI operating system for industrial supply. This is a mission-critical leadership role with full ownership to lead the product organization across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, procurement tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Track record of owning a complex, multi-sided product with high operational dependencies
• Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
• Strong commercial intuition: pricing, supply/demand alignment, margin dynamics
• Able to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day
• Excellent communicator who drives clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
