Data Center Operations Technician IV - Night Shift (OR1) (1742)

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Technician IV to maintain and repair data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and communication infrastructure. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with the Data Center Manager to ensure optimal operational efficiency and customer uptime. The position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining a high-quality data center.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in a facility and data center.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large commercial and industrial systems.
• Ability to operate tools like multi-meter, infrared camera, and data trend software.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent time in rate).
• 5+ years of experience in critical facilities roles.
• Background check and drug test may be required.
