Job Description
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills
