Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in personal injury settlement negotiation within the U.S. legal system

• Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate cases critically, with attention to detail in drafting demand letters and during negotiations
• Communication and Writing Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with attorneys and adjusters
• Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle a dynamic workload effectively
• AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools to enhance legal research, case evaluation, and negotiation strategies
