We are looking for a System Implementation Manager who can take real operational needs and translate them into well-built, reliable system workflows. The candidate will primarily support the implementation, configuration, and integration of our field service and customer relationship platforms.
Requirements
- Three or more years experience implementing or supporting FSM, ERP, or CRM systems such as Zuper, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Acumatica, or similar.
- Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and custom properties or objects.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica experience preferred but not required).
- Understanding of API integrations and how data flows across multiple systems.
- Ability to map and document business processes with clarity.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
