Job Description
The Associate Regional Manager supports regional sales operations by coordinating daily sales and marketing activities, managing the RFQ and proposal process, and overseeing sales order execution for assigned territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Preferred Experience: Mechanical or industrial construction sales, project management, or full-cycle project coordination
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of industrial systems, customer operations, and relevant product lines
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or the ability to learn new software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
- Capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Passport or ability to obtain one if required for travel
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures
