Job Description
As Agency Specialist, you will provide vital support to all departments and our customers while ensuring adherence to the company’s established practices, policies, and procedures. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements
- 2 Plus years’ experience in a Customer Service/Account Management role
- Account Management experience
- Insurance Experience preferred
- Billing Experience
