Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Education & Facilities Sector. The role is bond-eligible and involves leading and managing sustainability projects, ensuring project planning aligns with the District's sustainability goals, and successfully executing the program Quality Management System.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple construction projects
- BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a closely related field
- Valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
- Valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)
- Experience in Educational Facility Construction, alternative delivery methods, and LEED certified projects
- Experience with web-based project management systems and the Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
