Job Description
Nox Group is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will manage the bid proposal process, provide expertise to bid-related presentations and proposals, and support all areas of the business related to estimates and job-costing.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of contract documents, including blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Strong familiarity with construction and industry practices, processes, and standards
- Ability to recognize errors or inconsistencies with project-related costs and scope
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Accubid estimating software experience a plus
- Good detail orientation and organizational skills
- Adaptable to change in a fast-pace environment
