Requirements
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods.
- Develop and update dessert menus, including seasonal and event-specific offerings.
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and managing portion control.
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development and special events.
- Accommodate member dietary restrictions and special requests when possible.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations.
