Construction Manager

Copper River Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects administered by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Portsmouth, Virginia. The CM will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with government requirements. This role involves coordination with contractors, engineers, and supporting commands.

Requirements

• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance.
• Participate in and coordinate project meetings and inspections.
• Manage contractor RFIs and change requests.
• Oversee contractor QC programs and enforce safety standards.
• Review and approve contractor schedules and invoices.
