Job Description
Copia Power is seeking a Director of Thermal Development to lead Copia’s development efforts for thermal power generation facilities. This role requires a versatile individual with strong decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills, supporting large portfolio projects from inception to construction. Copia is a growing energy company backed by a global investment firm dedicated to sustainability and impacting the environment.
Requirements
- Acting as a subject matter expert on thermal energy projects.
- Managing the development of portfolio projects, budgeting, and financing.
- Managing third-party consultants and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Facilitating project permitting.
- Negotiating project agreements.
