Regional Manager, Health Care Workforce Development (Instructional Leadership)

The Regional Manager role provides a crucial link between Program Managers, internal leadership team and external health system executive clients. Successful candidates will ensure continuous client satisfaction with our programs and services, deep integration of program across client sites, engagement across direct reports and a strong ability to identify new opportunities for expansion of both Health Scholar programs and consulting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of management experience. Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high performing teams to deliver contract metrics to meet client contractual expectations
• Passion for student teaching, mentoring and professional development
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience reporting to executive level management
• Flexible with work hours, and able to work outside of standard workweek hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel locally to each site approx. once per week
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Familiarity with CRM Software preferred
• Strong data analytic skills
