The Float Program Manager plays a key role in supporting Health Scholar program participants and building a strong pipeline of candidates. This role involves recruiting, supervising, and mentoring students within a health care setting. The program manager must be adaptable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2+ years of experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong project and people management skills
• Recruitment experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
