Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation or employment services
- Satisfactory work record as determined by the People First/Human Resources Department
- Successful completion of Copa’s training program
- Fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire
- Pre-employment drug screening
- TB Test clearance
- Authorized driver with valid AZ Driver’s License, state minimum insurance coverage, and ability to meet and maintain Copa’s acceptable driving requirements
