Job Description
The Lead Lab Assistant provides evening shift phlebotomy operations, ensuring adequate coverage, staff oversight, and efficient workflow. They monitor and coordinate sample collection, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to phlebotomists. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality laboratory services and adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Lab Assistant experience preferred
- Phlebotomy experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a phlebotomy training program
- Shift: Evening (1PM - 9PM or 3PM - 11PM)
- Alternating weekends and rotating holidays
