Transaction Services Manager

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Manchester/Leeds based Transaction Services team to help build out our ambitious growth plan. The role involves developing our approach, scope and objectives with clients, providing value through insights and advice, and project managing teams.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Financial due diligence experience (ideally both buy side & sell side due diligence, completion accounts and SPA experience) and strong commercial acumen
• Accomplished report writing experience
• Highly effective time management skills and ability to keep calm under deadlines
• Strong project management skills and technical knowledge
• Experience of managing client relationships and negotiations
• Business development capability. Ideally having already worked with lower mid-market Private Equity houses
