Transaction Services Associate Director

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Transaction Services team in Manchester/Leeds. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial due diligence, commercial acumen, and strong project management skills. They will work closely with clients to make business transactions more straightforward and maximize value.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• 4 years of financial due diligence experience
• Strong commercial acumen
• Accomplished report writing experience
• Effective time management
• Strong project management skills
• Technical knowledge
• Experience of managing client relationships and negotiations
