Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its B2B team and focus on the Healthcare & Payers program. This role involves onboarding and managing clients, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to strategic growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, digital health, benefits, or food-as-medicine companies and a strong focus on client relationships.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, digital health, benefits, or food-as-medicine companies
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare
- Experience leading onboarding and managing strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
