Job Description
Conviva is seeking a hands-on Sr. IT Specialist to support employees across various departments in India and globally. The role involves provisioning and managing corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and troubleshooting technical issues. This position operates on a flexible, resource-limited schedule, requiring a proactive and resourceful individual.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT Operations in Corporate IT environments
- 3+ years of experience with Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Atlassian products
- Proactive and upbeat individual with ability to work independently
- Experience in Mac desktop/laptop environment
- Competency with cloud-based file management software
- Knowledge of Wireless Controller / AP operations
- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (JAMF/similar)
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Email
- Good communication skills
