Conviva is a leading company in digital customer experience optimization. As a Senior LLM & ML Engineer, you will design and implement AI systems that integrate Large Language Model capabilities across the platform, enhancing analytics and customer experience solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, probability and statistics, algorithm and data structure
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and pipelines
- Experience with LLM agent techniques and AI system integration
- Proven track record of delivering statistical models and ML algorithms with measurable business impact
