Job Description
Conviva is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO, CTO, and other executive team members. This role involves both traditional executive support and participation in strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess experience supporting senior executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably at a high-growth tech company
- Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay several steps ahead, anticipate needs, and operate proactively
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Strategic mindset with curiosity and ambition to take on more over time
