Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with our Sales team and lead technical customer evaluations, and help build and scale our Solutions Engineering practice.
Requirements
- Lead technical discovery to understand prospect needs, systems, and integration requirements
- Deliver clear, compelling product demos tailored to both technical and business audiences
- Advise on architecture, data flows, integrations, and overall technical fit
- Support complex evaluations, including IT/security reviews, POCs, and pilots
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs
- Build demo assets, documentation, and repeatable processes that scale the SE function
- Mentor and guide another technical team member as they ramp into the role
