Job Description
Converge is building the future of construction through innovative Digital Intelligence Platform, ConstructionDNA. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and shape user experiences across SAAS and physical products. The role involves user research, prototyping, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leading the design process within a fast-paced Agile environment.
Requirements
- A portfolio that reflects your strengths in UX and visual design skills (end-to-end product design in SAAS)
- Mastery over your design process and methodology, with the desire and ability to help shape ours
- 5yrs+ experience designing digital products and SAAS services, including user experience, interaction and user interface design)
- Great understanding of how design impacts development, along with a knack for constructing dynamic, interactive prototypes and designs that are technically feasible
- Experienced in user research and usability testing best practice, specifically in regards to user-centred design
- An expert with Figma
- Expert at utilising Design Systems
