Bid Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bid Specialist to join our Solution Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the short, medium and long term acquisition of customer projects including but not limited to education frameworks.

Requirements

• Liaise with key opportunity leads as relevant, including, sales, subject matter experts, architects and project teams to establish key messages and win themes for each bid.
• Produce winning tenders by writing compelling responses to customer questions and requirements.
• Lead all Free school bid engagement, research/attend meetings in order to develop an understanding of individual customer requirements and bring bid/tender responses to life.
• Co-ordinate and manage the bid process effectively, ensuring all tenders are submitted in a timely and organised manner.
• Manage the bid process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
