Job Description
Convera is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of complex products, hedging solutions, and FX within the Singapore office, supporting sales across APAC. The role involves building a pipeline of SMEs and Corporate clients, achieving revenue targets, and managing the sales cycle to onboard new clients. The position is hybrid, working both in a central Singapore office and WFH.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of financial services sector experience in FX or payments
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in consultative selling, corporate negotiations, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of bulk payment processing, international payments, accounting systems, and platform integration
- Financially astute and proven ability to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
