Requirements
- 7+ years in business development or sales within cross-border payments, FX, or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of FX markets, hedging instruments, and international payment processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in global payments and financial compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
