Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Brand Marketing to join our newly formed Convene Hospitality Group at a key moment of brand growth. The role will focus on driving the brand strategy, commercial marketing approach, and key brand activations for a growing portfolio of brands, including Convene and etc.venues, as well as stunning one-of-a-kind event spaces and special projects.
Requirements
- Create, lead and execute a brand marketing vision, strategies and commercial campaigns to drive innovative thinking, brand awareness and business objectives
- Develop and build consensus for insight-driven cultural partnerships and brand activations
- Oversee and set priorities for Regional Marketing Managers to execute guest experience touchpoints and seasonal plans
- Manage brand budgets, including detailed tracking and monthly finance meetings to ensure fiscal accountability
