Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the central point of contact for our customers after contract signing, responsible for onboarding, support, and continuous development of customer relationships to ensure sustainable customer success.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a comparable customer-oriented role
- Developed communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Independent, structured, and proactive way of working with high self-responsibility
- Fluent German and good English skills, any further language an advantage
